This programme offers a circular tour of South West Iceland including all the main attractions of the area. Time spent out in the wilds of Iceland as well as in Reykjavik provides a unique opportunity to experience what Iceland is all about. Among other things, you will come across enormous lava fields, the famous Geysir area, gigantic waterfalls and geothermal spas.
Narsaq, South Greenland
Narsaq is a typical Greenlandic town where small wooden houses brightly painted in bright colours stand proud against a beautiful backdrop of deep blue fjords and impressive icebergs. Some of the highlights include: Fjord cruises between Narsarsuaq and Narsaq, ruins from the Viking period and old Eskimo cultures, stunning Arctic scenery including the Inland Icecap and time to experience the daily life in a small Greenland town.
