Iceland & South Greenland

Departures from Reykjavik every Monday in July and August.

Experience two places of great contrast in the far north - Iceland's Golden Circle combined with historic South Greenland with its fertile fjordlands, icebergs and the magnificent Inland Icecap.

This tour includes time in:
Hveragerdi, Iceland - The geothermal greenhouse village.
Reykjavik, Iceland - A vibrant and modern capital in the North Atlantic.
Narsaq, Greenland - A beautifully situated and very typical Greenlandic town.

Iceland
This programme offers a circular tour of South West Iceland including all the main attractions of the area. Time spent out in the wilds of Iceland as well as in Reykjavik provides a unique opportunity to experience what Iceland is all about. Among other things, you will come across enormous lava fields, the famous Geysir area, gigantic waterfalls and geothermal spas.

Narsaq, South Greenland
Narsaq is a typical Greenlandic town where small wooden houses brightly painted in bright colours stand proud against a beautiful backdrop of deep blue fjords and impressive icebergs. Some of the highlights include: Fjord cruises between Narsarsuaq and Narsaq, ruins from the Viking period and old Eskimo cultures, stunning Arctic scenery including the Inland Icecap and time to experience the daily life in a small Greenland town.

Price from £1,515 per person.
